Hi aditi, Epsom salt is the hydrated form of magnesium sulphate. This got its name because it was first made by boiling the mineral water in Epsom, England. So there is no particular seperate name to it in India. But there is an Indian herb called Mithilakdi, also called mulathi which is rich in magnesium sulpahate. When hydrated by boiling the water added with this herb, the salt formed is also epsom salt. Good luck
