Opportunities for MBA HR:

As per the modern concepts of management, it is essential for any business house to look after the needs and demands of their employees. The employees need to be kept satisfied, as they are the heart of an organization. Realizing the growing need for keeping the employees happy, many organizations started having human Resource department, which would not only recruit the right candidates for the organization but also make it a point to keep them happy and motivated. The HR department has now become an indispensable part of every organization. An MBA in HR can give a candidate an edge over others pursuing a similar course. A HR manages employees in private and public sectors. They can also work within a company or as consultants to advise corporations on anticipated organizational change.

Students with experience in positions of HR for 1-2 years can take up SAP courses in HR.
