Subject: sauna slim belt

At what extend Sauna slim Belt helpful to be slim ?any personal experince??any side effects?iz it a permanent solution for reducing fat?i am mother of 6 months old baby yet my periods didinot return..so shall i use sauna slim belt now or i shud wait for my periods to return?i am having coppert iud

The Sauna Slim belt will only help you lose water. If you are to lose weight permanently, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. What we have heard about is that it’s a gimmick only.

We have heard that it doesn't really work. Instead you can try working on the treadmill. If it actually does work, then it’s only temporarily. Its getting rid of the water from area which the belt is applied. Its back as soon as you're re-hydrated.

It just burns the fat, which has a side effect too. The skin burns too & get dark due to the heat.

There is no excuse for a good exercise regime.

do not believe in in all such daily ads about belts etc to reduce ur weight.exercise and food control are the best ways to reduce or maaintain ur weight. follow my advise. regualrly do exercise for atleast 3-4 hrs only very slowly so that u dont feel exhausted and ur fat burns only with slow and long duration exercises and regarding food if ur a non vegtrn, at weekends eat the amount heavily as much as u can and on the other days eat only veg that too very low quantity so that u feel light taking the food in the above way makes ur body to respond to burn large amounts of fat for digesting.this is based on physical principle so follow for atleast 4 months and u will the difference regarding exercise, as said above do it for atleast 3-4 hours daily in morning or evening very slowly and rhythamically that is in a correct sequence follow this and u will really see the difference

Hi!

Though I have no personal experience of using suna or any other belt used for reducing fats, but I think it is not a natural method and may certainly have some side effects. Moreover it effects will be temporary and a soon as you leave it use, you will gain fats again.

The best way to lose weight is by combination of dieting and aerobic exercise. A maintained schedule of running and dieting will result in weight loss. The best way of achieving weight loss and keeping it off long term is to do it slowly over a period of time so that your body can adjust to the changes you are thrusting upon it by changing your eating habits and taking up regular cardiovascular exercise.

a. Change yours eating habits (i.e. start eating smaller portions of food) before if you ate a full plate of food try eating 2/3 of a plate instead. b. 1. Substitute aspartame for sugar

2. Try eating 3 or 4 smaller meals during the day rather than 2 large ones

3. Eat your main large meal at midday with the other meals much smaller in content

4. Don't eat heavy meals late in the evening as the body wont have time to digest it so it ends up stored as fat in your body.

5. Balance your meals out during the day so in one day you have a mix of protein, carbohydrate and vitamins

6. Drink lots of water during the day and before, during and after exercise, you should drink at least 8 big glasses of water per 24 hours

7. Drink alcohol in moderation

8. Stop smoking if you smoke or cut down

9. Eat more fiber i.e. pulses grains nuts, pasta, brown rice, cereals, fresh fruit

10. Eat more vegetables as part of your diet

11. Eat less dairy products or choose those with less fat content i.e. cottage cheese

12. Try steaming or poaching food instead of frying it, frying adds calories by the bucketful

13. Cut down on Red meat and eat more lean or better still chicken and fish instead

14. Use low fat oils in cooking i.e. sunflower, corn or Mazola

15. Cut down on your salt intake, there are hidden salts even in tinned foods

16. Try substituting carrots or fresh fruit instead of biscuits and sweetmeat when you have a craving for something in between meals.

17. Drink semi or skimmed milk as opposed to full cream Simply choose a diet, which is low in fat and cholesterol, moderate in sugar and salt and high in fiber but at the same time has a variety of everything thus making it a balanced diet.

c. Start taking up regular aerobic (cardiovascular) exercise if you don't already (i.e. at least 3-4 times a week) This is aimed at those who want to burn fat and convert it into lean muscle, if your intention is to build muscle then you need a different routine based on heavier weights and less repetitions.

1. If you are in a gym and are starting off at unfit level and want to convert fat into lean muscle:

2. Stretch your body in order to prepare it for activity (5 minutes stretches) i.e. side stretches, hamstrings, touch your toes etc.

3. Do 10 minutes at easy pace on Cycle then 1 minutes rest then 10 minutes on rowing and 1 min rest and so on for each exercise machine you want to do.

4. If you have weights then do 10 repetitions at a very light manageable weight, rest for 30 seconds and repeat this twice. So you do 3 sets of 10 repetitions at a light weight on each weight machine.

5. Do the same for other weight machines taking only 1 minute rest in between each different weight exercise remember to use light weights

6. Concentrate on cycling, rowing, stair master, stepper type machines, I don't recommend the treadmill simply because it puts a lot of strain on the joints, i.e. heels, ankle, knee. Jogging effectively can put 10 times the bodyweight force on the joints and should only be done on soft surfaces such as grass and with adequate cushioned footwear. That's why the treadmill is not to be recommended. The other aerobic machines put less stress on the joints.

Sauna Slim belt has no use. The people are actually getting cheated by the TV Promotional advertisements.

Please don't buy this and waste money.

Best way, walk, Jog or Swim.

I suggest u not to use such belts which say it has effect on reducing fat around the abs region. I would suggest u to do some abs exercise lying on the floor rather than using belts. sauna slim belt are not the permanent solution to reduce fat.Maintain a healty diet. do cardio exercises.And most of all walking daily for 45 mins itself is a good exercise.If u are unable to get your periods consult a doctor.

sauna belt if really can reduce the fat would have closed the clinics and hospitals of thousands of dieticians and other cosmetic doctors. there is no device which can reduce the fat in our body so quickly.if so where does all that reduced fat go ? in other words it will be stored in other parts of our body.we need the fat to be consumed of burnt,and not disappear as in magic trics. and about sauna belt i do not have a personnel experience but a coupl of my friends have tried it. when you use it, psychologically you feel it is working, but not in reality.one of my friend who had sensitive skin saw that his skin burnt with the heat of the belt and this could prove fatal to anyone. my advice is do not go on all these products, dieting,etc.. the best way is to cut down on fatty foods,icee creams,sweeets,etc., and go for a balanced diet.drink lot of wateer and fruit juices.these are very inportant as they do not have any fats and aree nutritious and you do not tend to be hungry a lot. exercise for atleast 30 - 45 minutes daily. you will see the difference . you will not only gain good shape but also will be healthy.

But you can reduce doing these exercises: Walk briskly for 30 minutes continuously by swinging the arms upto the shoulder level. Wear a tight bra or else it may reduce your breast. But do remember a thing, if you walk slowly even for an hour its useless but if you walk briskly atleast for 20 minutes it is well worth. You can raise it upto 45 minutes. Walk on the steps for 3 minutes and raise it to 8 minutes, these exercises will keep you slim and gives a toned look.

Hanging Leg Arks Main Target: lower abs and obliques. Place a stool in front of the leg raise station (or imagine one there). Hang your legs from the leg raise station resting on your forearms. Keep shoulders down and head facing forward, with elbows at right angles and back firmly against the back pad. Sometimes the handles are in a less than ideal location, so you might want to just rest on your forearms with your hands extending past the handles. Lift legs together, looping them over the stool to one side and then back over to the side you started on, keeping them straight at all times. Repeat.

Hanging Leg Raises Main Target: lower abs. Cycling or weight lifting gloves make this exercise more comfortable when using a pull-up bar.

Hang from a pull-up bar or from a leg raise station where you rest on your forearms. Your legs must be able to hang straight down without touching the ground. Raise your legs in the pike position until they extend horizontally in front of you. Lower them under control and repeat.

Bar Rollout Main Target: front abs Grab a barbell with 10 lbs weights on each side and affix collars. Kneel and grab bar with overhand shoulder-width grip. Roll the bar to the starting position: directly below your shoulders Slowly roll the bar forward as far as you can without falling to the ground. Focus on using your abs to roll the bar back to the starting position. Repeat.

Decline Crunches Main Target: upper abs and back. Lie back on a decline bench, knees bent and feet locked behind ankle pads. Place your arms across your chest or clasp hands behind your neck. Slowly raise your shoulders toward your knees. Lower your shoulders back down without touching them to the bench. Never pull with your hands behind your neck. This forces your neck vertebrae into a bad position. They should simply rest behind your neck or across your chest to add weight to your upper body. Repeat.

With these exercises also do this: 1)Drink atleast 4 litres of water 2)Rather than eating oily food for snacks try fruits. This helps in keeping the body fit. 3)Start your day with warm limewater with a tbs of honey.

These exercises are enough to keep you slim. But before that go to a doctor. Start these exercises only after you get your periods.
