The HR department has now become an indispensable part of every organization. An MBA in HR can give a candidate an edge over others pursuing a similar course. A HR manages employees in private and public sectors. They can also work within a company or as consultants to advise corporations on anticipated organizational change.
Students with experience in positions of HR for 1-2 years can take up SAP courses in HR.
