How to remove disti? I have an aunt who always envies our progress. Everybody falls sick at home after she visits. I have severe headache after she saw my marriage album. I had no medical reason to have headache. How to prevent disti? My mom does remove with salt and mirchi. Any other methods?
It sounds to me like your aunt is what is sometimes referred to as a "sapper" This means that they will sick your energy on a spiritual as well as physical and phycological level. The best remedy for this is to get yourself a catalist for this. What this means is; Purchase or find a clear chrystal. Tell/pray to the chrystal to be cleansed of negative energy and give it the job of being a filter for you. let the chrystal sit in water, on your window sill, in the moonlight for 2 nights full. Carry the chrystal with you. If you can wear it around your neck even better, but in a pocket is sufficiant. When a "sapper" (your aunt) comes around you, conciously route any negative energy to the chrystal and ask it for protection from any sappers. The chrystal will absorb/deflect any negativity/sucking of energy. If you pay attention to your feellings/energy levels, you may notice there are more sappers out there than your aunt. Sappers come in two catagories....some are fully aware of this effect/ability they have on others and abuse this....some are sappers and are absolutely unaware of it.
salt and mirchi are ok. they r only main.i don't know other method.

I beleive in Dhristi. You can remove Dhristi with salt and red chillies. Please don't worry too much about this. We have to deal with such people. It is a part and parcel of life.

The word 'dhristi' (Evil Eye) traces its origin from Sanskrit and its literal meaning is 'sight' In modern linguistics its usage signifies 'evil eye' or rather 'casting an evil-eye' Dhristi is not a concept borrowed from superstitions.
Science explains it as the flow of negativity that affects the person or object towards which it is directed.
Origin of negativity/ negative energy
Every thought form is associated with energy, just as blessings and good thoughts have a positive aura about them, so also negative emotions harness harmful or negative energy.
Sources of these negative energies are, people who give way to:
Jealousy
Sense of discrimination/comparison : the feeling that other people are better than you, thereby leading to frustrations.
Spirit of vengeance/retaliation : people who curse spitefully seeing the prosperity of their rivals. These emotions may not manifest or surface out but their presence even at the subconscious level can be destructive.
Drishti results in:
1. Uneasiness
2. Lack of interest
3. Sudden illness
4. Prolonged illness (without any reason).
The Vedic perspective
The vedas have described four kinds of people
1. The Satpurushas: who help others without caring for their own well-being
2. The Samanyas: they help considering the position of the self
3. Manushya Rakshasas: who extract benefits by disturbing others welfare
4. People who harm others without any purpose
According to the vedas, people who belong to the last two categories(described above) are most likely to cast an evil eye.
