Subject: How do i get Encumberance certificate in Andhra Pradesh

Hi I have brought a property in Nizampet road. I would like to know if there are any agent who can help me in getting a Encumberance certificate for my property?

hi, it is good you brought a property..i strongly advice dont depend on any agents to get a simple EC.

VISIT THE mandal revenue office or registration office and aply for the encumberance cert with the details of the property on which you want the EC. you need to pay the nominal fees and you can get the EC on the same day or in the next day..

you can obtain EC online also --

http://igrs.ap.gov.in/…… open the above website and click the citizen service button, select encumbrance and then select search option..

follow the instructions given in the web page one by one ,you will get your EC online .

Hi 1. You can directly approach any registrar's office in your area, submit an application and seek encumbrance certificate for the specific property.

2. Alternatively, your chartered accountant will be able to do it for you for a cost.

It is easy now a days with the right to information act in force.

hii

to get Encumberance certificate is very easy

processes..you dont need any agent.for that..

frist you can go to subregester office..there you

will get Encumberance certificate application

form...fill the application from with all detilas

and pay naminal fee...submit the application form

in the Sub-registrar's office...with in 6or 7

hours you will get the EC....dont worry if you go

Sub-registrar's office they will guide you every

thing

but its better to get EC before registration of

the property for make sure every thing ..

Hi, Getting E.C is easy just fill up the form and submit you will get the form from sub registrar's office where you got your property registered,you will have to submit it at that office you will get E.C. in 2 or 3 days,if its urgent just pay 100 or 200 to the person you are submitting he will give in 1 or 2 hours. Hope this answers your query.
