You can try the Ayush therapy centres. They are really good. I have been been there twice in Sanjay Nagar and you do feel really relaxed after the massage. It's like taking an oil bath because they pour so much oil on you. The masseurs here have come out from the respective diplomas and know what they do.
Your other alternative is VLCC where they give massage treatments unlike an oil bath. Just enough oil for the massage. They also use aromatherapy oils to relax you.
As I am a lady and would prefer a lady, I ask only for lady masseuse. You do have a choice to ask for a lady or man masseuse.

Traditionally massage for males is done by males only in India. Places that call themselves massage centers which cater only to males and hire only young ladies may actually be prostitution centers, not legitimate massage centers. Anyway, you can find a list of massage parlours in Bangalore here:

Hello, Massage centres may be many. Usually men provide massages for men and women provide massages for women. Try posting an ad and see if anyone is willing to do it for you in your area. Look for ads in paper for beauty parlors for men. They may do massage too.

HI Yes there are various places in bangalore where u can go for massages by various ladies. i cant take names on this reply, but yes you can always try out MG Road , where ru have 4 to 5 massage parlour oon main market, else u can also got jaynagar and maruti nagar. where you can find few parlours. but you have to give prior request for ladies massage parlour atleast 2 days in advance. But always remeber they are preety costly.. well go ahead and enjoy

I don't there are some standard massage centres in Bangalore for men massage by young females. But if you try you can find such centres wihtout any good identity and popularity who are doing massages/sex massages etc. every where but witout proper proof and licence etc.
