Hi Myself working outsourced sales agent for a renowned bank in Dubai. I was hired from India with a lowest salary compare to the market rate.I had given a contract agreement with the company for a period of 3 year. I am in the sales field, hardcore outdoor sales. I have been noticing my colleagues are getting sacked each month under the banner of not achieving t their target.Even though they justified their salary company did hold their salary and they are forcing to go resignation, if they does like that they have to pay back 4000 aed asper the agreement. In this month I am in a safe zone since I have achieved the target.But as you know every month I may not achieve target and company shall hold my salary. Is there any law allowing any company to hold their workers salary under the name of poor performance? Employees doest have any job security, no medical card and even no insurance. I am completely demotivated with this nature of company . Plz let me know the way I can go if the company hold my salary and they force me to go for resigning !!!

I JOINED THIS COMPANY IN YEAR 2004. TILL 5TH APRIL 2010 I WAS WORKING AS A UNIT MANAGER.ONE OF MY CO-WORKER WAS SHORT OF 800DHS I TOOK THE BLAME ON ME.LATER 3DAYS BACK THERE WAS A SHORT OF 75DHS ON ME.COMPANY SAYS CASH SHORT IS GROSS MISS CONDUCT ON THIS BASE THEY TERMINATED ME.AND THEY WILL NOT PAY ME MY GRATUITY.I WORKING WITH THE SAME COMPANY SINCE 29TH SEPT 2004.I OWE SOME OF FRIENDS TO WHOM I HAVE TO GIVE BACK THE MONEY WHICH I BORROWED.
