Hi, It will be not really possible for you to go for counselling if not qualified .But then if you can afford any donations , may be you can try for management seat in colleges .

problems of a fresher - useful for others like him |

hello i am prateek. i am a computer programmer in a GIS cum Software development company... i am working here since 4 months and before this i was a fresher, so my problem is. 1) this is a very small company and i need to grow financially and personally. 2) i am not getting right kind of work to do .according to my field, so even id i get 1 yr experience i will not matter as i am learning much of my programming work. 3) the working atmosphere of the company is like hell. you are not allowed to talk a single time and GM keeps an eye on you all the time as he is sitting with all of us inside a huge hall. And the GM is very arrogant , bossy and doesnt care abt the feelings of others and He taunts one in front of all people in the meetings . He doesnt appreciate the work and no one even dare to talk with him coolly. moreover we are not allowed to go out for a single thing except 40 min lunch break
4) i am continuously looking for jobs but cant find a good one .
in this case what should i do ....i feel depressed even if i think abt the office.... .

Hi, First of all for good salary fine knowledge ir required.. so if u really want to get handsome salary just do hard work there atleast 1 and a half year. because 4 month experience is not countable
